Condor Compliance Group · Texas

Clarity at every phase.

Two focused programs, one coordinated Condor process. Physical Plant Inspection documents the visible build; Energy Compliance measures and verifies energy performance. Choose either program or align both around your construction schedule.

The Condor system

Two programs. One coordinated process.

Physical Plant Inspection and Energy Compliance answer different questions about the same home. Each can stand alone; together, they give builder teams a clearer view of construction conditions and energy performance.

01 / THE PHYSICAL BUILD

Physical Plant Inspection

Construction-stage observations of visible conditions, documented with photos at agreed milestones. This program helps teams track what is being built and what needs follow-up.

02 / ENERGY PERFORMANCE

Energy Compliance

Energy verification, HERS ratings, blower door and duct leakage testing, BER confirmation, and support for applicable programs. This program documents how the home meets agreed energy requirements.

Additional support when needed: Sewer scope, thermal imaging, drone roof observations, and other specialty services can be scoped alongside either program.
From the field

Documenting the work as it happens.

Actual field photos show the range of construction observations and specialty work behind Condor’s reporting.

Program in development

From code compliance to verified performance.

We are shaping a builder-specific program to connect plan review, construction observations, and field testing into one clear record. It is a future offering being developed with builders.

Proposed verification pathway

Define. Observe. Test. Report.

Set measurable targets with the builder. Document agreed build stages. Test envelope and duct performance where applicable. Return a useful record to the construction team.

Available today: the two Condor programs can be coordinated for a pilot. The proposed verification pathway is still in development.

A builder’s partner

Reporting that fits the way you build.

Every builder has its own construction methods, quality expectations, communication preferences, and operational rhythm. We start by understanding those details, then shape a reporting program around them.
