Our Process
Two focused programs can be scoped separately or coordinated through one builder-facing workflow: define, schedule, document, review, and improve.
Two programs, one way of working.
Start with the physical build, energy performance, or both. We define each scope separately, then coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-up with your team.
Agreed construction-stage observations, photos, and follow-up items.
02 / ENERGY COMPLIANCEHow does it meet energy requirements?Verification, ratings, measurements, and program documentation.
Five steps, shaped around your operation.
We set expectations before fieldwork and refine the process with your team as the program grows.
Initial discovery
Learn your reporting expectations, communication procedures, and operational workflow.
Program development
Define standards, scheduling procedures, report formats, and points of contact.
Pilot implementation
Begin in an initial community to confirm expectations and practical fit.
Program review
Review reports and feedback with your leadership and refine procedures as needed.
Ongoing partnership
Expand services as needed with consistent reporting and communication.
Reports should inform the next build.
Physical observations and energy results remain separate records, but both can inform builder decisions. We review recurring findings with your team and refine checkpoints and communication across communities.
Looking ahead
Condor is also developing a performance verification concept that would bring observations, measurements, and a defined record together. We are seeking builder input before establishing criteria or launching it.
